When I defined Condorcet-Top (CT), I defined "winning set". Instead, I should have just said "Smith set", because that concisely says what I meant.
Condorcet-Top (CT): The winner is the Smith set member who is ranked at 1st rank level on the most ballotss. [end of CT definition]
