I am currently a student of Nanyang Technological University of Singapore working on my final year project which required the use of electric. There is a C5_models.txt in electric link which comprises of only n and p mos model. May i know Is there any other process that support Bipolar junction transistors (BJT) for Electric and where can i download those processes? Thank You very much
