Thanks for your note. Java3D seems to have moved, and I have updated
the link to it.
In any case, you should be able to see 3D views of layouts as soon as
you add Java3D to your computer, even when using the GNU download
without any extra plugins. What operating system are you
using? When you issue the "Window / 3D Window / 3D View" command,
what happens? Do you get any error messages?
