Hello dear Electric's developers,

If I try save library (*.jelib) that already exists but has read-only
permissions,
then Electric prints the following errors:

Error opening /homes/diglibs/Electric/proj/cmos035/example.jelib: /
homes/diglibs/Electric/proj/cmos035/example.jelib (Permission denied)
com.sun.electric.tool.JobException: jelib.openTextOutputStream()

Exception caught when saving files: jelib.openTextOutputStream()
failedPlease check your disk libraries

I think that it should be more friendly message in DIALOG BOX like
"Library 111 opened in Read-Only mode" or the same.

Thanks and Regards,
