Trying to make a new technology and don't seem to have rules for "nplus poly overhang" or "pplus poly overhang" for the technology wizard well/implant stage. I am not real experienced with layout so is this a rule I should contact the fab about or is it a rule that not every fab has? If it is a rule not every fab has what should I put in to make electric happy?
