Dear all, Good day...
I am a bit out of topic with the group considering it is only allowed for Electric software. But my initial implementation of my design would be done with electric itself. I am currently studying on designing a MOS bounded diode for High voltage tolerance ESD Design. I know that most of you were barely so fanatic with analogue designing so as I. So, I would like to ask, as to how would I be able to calculate the area of the MOS bounded diode with an Human Body Model ESD of 5k-volts and 1.2-A. I am currently been using id=qA[(Dnnpo/Ln)(Dppno/Lp)](exp(Vd/Vt-1) Does Vd=5k-volts and id=1.2-A??? I am bit confuse on this one because definitely I will get an error for Vd=5k-volts....Your idea is very much appreciated..... In case you knew books related to my topic, please tell me the title and author... Thank you very much and God bless you always!!!
