Professor Pallav Gupta at Villanova university led a team that built a Carbon Nanotube technology in Electric. I do not know the current state of this technology, but I have an old copy of the XML technology file.
I am CCing him on this post so that he can comment. If we do not hear anything from him, I will send the XML file to you.
