Hi Chumnran On windows xp(32) its working great ! i wonder if you are doing it correctly ? once "Spice-model" appears on transistor layout, hold down 'cntrl' key, click on the same so that it (Spice-model) gets highlighted [in white background it becomes red]. when it is highlighted, press "contrl+ I" [or go to edit --- properties---object properties]. hopefully, this helps .good luck !
