No, it doesn't launch.  It gets to the screen: "Do you want to run this 
application?"   I accept, click Run, and nothing happens.  On this same 
computer, it used to work.  About 8 months ago, until I downloaded the java 
code and ran it locally.  After that,  I unistalled etc,  but the web 
launcher does not work for me now...
