You should download static free software extras (electricSFS-9.03.jar) form electric website link. Then, for example if i have put jar files (of both electric and extras(SFS)) in ELECTRIC folder at my Desktop i should proceed as follows: (1) i open command prompt and move to ELECTRIC folder: cd Desktop\ELECTRIC (2) then type : java -classpath "electricBinary-9.03.jar;electricSFS-9.03.jar" com.sun.electric.Launcher Press Enter and the Electric should run with IRSIM.
