Electric does not support OpenAccess. It is quite difficult to build
because it is a "C" API but Electric is written in Java. And although
Java *does* have a C interface (JNI) it duplicates all datastructures
in C and Java, meaning that the OpenAccess API, if implemented, would
double the memory usage of Electric.
