Jake, I think you may have two unrelated problems.
For the LTSpice error, try changing the path to 8.3 format without spaces, like below: C:\PROGRA~2\LTC\LTspiceIV\scad3.exe For Java, I think your plugin may installation may be corrupted, or disabled.
