Thanks. I did what you told me. I tried to design a PMOS transistor with a 
Width of 233.33 (units scalable) and a Length of 16.66 (units scalable). 
What I wanted to do is to design that PMOS transistor using 3 PMOS instead 
of one. So in Tools ---- Generations ------ Multifinger transistor a wrote:

technology = mocmos
Transistor = P-transistor
Contact = Metal-1-P-Active-Contact
W = 77.76
L= 16.66
number of transistor = 3
the other options = 0

But when I simulated it I don ´t have what I was trying to design.
