Thanks. I did what you told me. I tried to design a PMOS transistor with a Width of 233.33 (units scalable) and a Length of 16.66 (units scalable). What I wanted to do is to design that PMOS transistor using 3 PMOS instead of one. So in Tools ---- Generations ------ Multifinger transistor a wrote:
