Hi !!!!!! :)

The layout of a NMOS transistor is formed by: a p-well layer (diagonal
lines), active layer (green), poly 1 (pink) and finally an N select layer
(little yellow points). Do you know why I need that last layer ?

I am thinking that maybe this layer ( little yellow points) indicate to the
foundry that I want a n-type dope in the area which is green (active area).
Is this correct ?

Thank you !. Regards !
