I don't have a Mac, but I believe you follow the Windows instructions [
http://cmosedu.com/cmos1/ltspice/ltspice_electric.htm ] to setup the
"Run program" and "With args" fields once you have Windows LTspiceIV
version installed in wine.
As was discussed recently, it seems that the Mac version of LTspice does
not work, because it does not have the command line functionality:
