Perhaps that can be caught by the Schematic DRC [ http://www.staticfreesoft.com/jmanual/mchap09-02-01.html ]. Have you tried Tools -> DRC -> Check Hierarchically, then used Shift+> or Shift+< in the schematic window to cycle through the errors?  You might also be able to catch unconnected arc (wire) when they are made if the "On" checkbox under Incremental DRC is checked [ http://www.staticfreesoft.com/jmanual/mchap09-02-02.html (note: I believe the incremental design-rule checker is OFF by default even though the manual says the default is ON.) ].  If that doesn't do what you want, then I don't know.

If you know Java programming, another possibility would be to get the source code [ http://www.staticfreesoft.com/jmanual/mchap01-04-01.html ] and program it to do whatever you want.
