If you have never used Electric before, it is recommended to start with
Tutorial 1 at:
http://cmosedu.com/videos/electric/electric_videos.htm
After that, do Tutorial 2 before doing the Tutorial 3.
If you just do Tutorial 3, the starting Electric library is the
tutorial_2.jelib file that you can download from the link on the webpage at:
http://cmosedu.com/videos/electric/tutorial3/electric_tutorial_3.htm
The starting C5_models.txt library file for LTSPICE also has to be
downloaded from a link on the same tutorial 3 webpage above.
After you have finished the tutorial (video), the Electric file that was
created with the inverter layout is the tutorial_3.jelib file. The
tutorial_3.jelib that you can download from a link on the same above
webpage is the file that you can compare to the one you create so that
you can check your work.

noticed the libraries were added before starting to design layout .My
question is that where can I find that library.
P.S found many libraries but I am it sure if it contains the inverter
