Yes, Electric will load LTSpice XVII raw files now.  The checkbox "Use 
newer LTSpice XVII" has to be selected in "Spice/CDL" Preferences.  Also, 
you currently have to build and run the source code from the repository 
trunk to have this new feature.  The repository is at:
