It looks like the website for Synopsys TCAD for the Sentaurus process is: https://www.synopsys.com/manufacturing/tcad.html For free evaluations versions, if available, you would need to contact Silvaco and Synopsys, such as by email, for setting up download accounts to them. The contact information for Silvaco should be at: https://silvaco.com/corporate/contact-us/ The contact webpage for Synopsys should be at: https://www.synopsys.com/cgi-bin/tcad/req1.cgi Being that this Group is for Electric VLSI, it is noted that Silvaco TCAD and Synopsys TCAD don't currently interface with Electric VLSI as far I know. However, feel free to correct me if your interfacing or sharing data between them and Electric VLSI.
