Thank you for your reply. I have been using the Electric in teaching for 
many years. Many of my students usually do not notice the missing nodes 
when making wires, like in the below image:

Therefore, I have to ask my students to do the Hierarchical DRC on a 
schematic. Doing this function on a schematic can help them fix their 
mistakes quickly.
So, I will tolerate this error, and I will just consider it a warning.
