Dear Lady Estim: DON'T, whatever you do, DON'T put any kind of etrode directly on the tip of your guys penis for a TENS unit to do estim. Also, your TENS patches that you have modified for the smaller area that you need are probably going to seem mighty harsh to him. The perception of the estim is directly proportional to the surface area of the etrode that you use. It is also modified by the material of the etrode as you have discovered with the pla-do. I suggest that you use some pretty large surface area TENS pads, or use some globs of pla-do to diffuse the sensation for him to start with. Try placing the etrodes, whatever you use, at the base of his shaft, either on the top or underneath, or you can simply use strips of terry cloth soaked in water that you have added some salt and baking soda to for conductivity security. You can use adhesive tape to secure the TENS leads and connector pins to the cloth, just as you would stick them into the pla-do. Hold the strips on with tape, but do NOT tape them to his penis skin. That really hurts when it is pulled off. A real mood killer. In addition to the etrode at the base of the shaft, place the other one on the shaft, (just the bottom, or wrapped around) on the area just behind the groove behind the head, not down in the groove but up on the shaft area out of the groove. Instead of the base of the shaft, you can get a nice result by wrapping the etrode strip around the base of the balls just below the shaft, or around the whole package over the shaft and around the base of the balls. Either the pla-do or the cloth strips will be a softer and more sensual feeling for him to have installed on his equipment than the TENS pads that stick on. Start out slow and low with the TENS unit and set it on Normal or Continuous, so you can tell what is going on, as you gradually increase the power to the threshold of feeling for HIM. His will probably not be where yours is on the dials. Find the right one all over again for him. After you are sure you know that he is feeling the sensations and is not in panic, you can go to modulation mode where it pulses on and off. You have a lot of experience with the TENS unit, so remember that higher pulse rate feels smoother and lower pulse width feels less intense. You also know that the TENS unit does not do patterns, so you can invent patterns by varying the controls up and down, gently and slowly to create surging sensations. The width control makes a nice surge feeling, but it doesn't take much knob movement to do the job right. Don't overdo this until you are getting some positive indications of enjoyment from your captive. This is not torture and should be a sensual feeling. You have not estimmed a man before, I take it, so you cannot possibly know exactly what he is feeling, even though you know how it would feel to you. Your anatomy is way different and much more massive internally and connected to other structures inside. His is external and exposed to the full estim and is relatively less massive from an estim standpoint. I do not mean to be crude here, but some concurrent hand or mouth stimulation from you will do wonders to make this a first time fun experience for the guy. Don't worry about getting shocked, the current flow is taking the shortest path between the etrodes and, if you keep out of that path, you won't feel anything from it. A nice circular motion on the end of the head with your palm might work real nicely to create some manual stim that he is familiar with, and likes, and helps to create a good erection for the guy. An erect penis is a happy penis, for any kind of stim. Estim tends to defeat erections when the guy is fearful or inexperienced. Do what you can to create and maintain an erection for the guy, while he is tied down and losing his estim virginity. Make it a low power, teasing, playful, sensual session that doesn't last very long and then move on to the main event for the evening. You might show him how you do yourself with the estim, either by having him watch you while he is tied down, before you move onto his initiation, or afterward to show him how great it can be.
