Hello,
another way of doing it is putting on your balls a leather 
strap balls stretcher, and a blue band around your balls. Try it out and let us 
know.

  Hi all.  I have been using electro stim for years and today I 
  discovered something new.  I always had trouble attaching an electrode to 
  my balls due to the erose nature of the skin and also the hair.  I had 
  given up on a good contact there.
   
  So I tried this: I tied my balls with twine.  That stretched the 
  skin of my ball sac.  The skin becomes smooth.  Then I used a 
  conducting electrode patch, with extra electro-gel right on the stretched 
  skin.  The other contact was a prostrate plug.
   
  The result was incredible.  The stimulation gets you right 
  away.  In fact, I came before I got fully hard.  Those two contact 
  points are the best I've experienced for electro stim.
