Its a hard question to answer as pain perception is not just a case of the power level. You also need to to take into consideration the pulse rates, the placement of the electrodes and a number of other factors (does the subject know what is gong to happen) remember a lot of the devices seen on commercial stim videos are fake.... where's my jump leads
