The simple answer is yes, ans TENS units were never designed for
E-Stim. For your second point ... There is always risk with any activity. We
produce a unit designed for beginners (end of plug) but there are a range
available from a number of other
manufacturers with various features and ever increasing cost. See E-Stim
Systems (Us - high quality and low cost)! ErosTek (expensive but good) or
PES (good reputation). Reputable manufacturers endevour to make sure their
products are safe, and they generally are provided you follow the
guidelines.... no play above the waist, dont play if you are pregnant or have a
pacemaker, and take it easy.
