Hi Sergio, I've investigated Prelink as a part of OS performance research. You can see it was declined in the performance document<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1KzzotAAb9L471PO17Iiojq7jmm47ky5ceFNnHu0u5lA/edit?pli=1>because Ubuntu uses DT_GNU_HASH dynamic linker since Feisty which offers almost the same performance, but it’s safe and doesn’t require costly, invasive and unreliable modification of system binaries.
Still, if you find or come up with a performance idea not mentioned in the performance doc or here<http://shnatsel.blogspot.com/2012/04/5-ideas-that-every-desktop-os-should.html>, please let us know!
