This is wrong frankly. The point of such a team is to reduce exposure. You're proposing to grant access to as many people as possible. Core developers should see those reports. No designers. No casual contributors. No curious users. I know Launchpad makes it hard to setup. And I even recall getting confused looks for having separate developer and user teams. Still, it's wrong.
