Within the last month or two everyone stopped receiving nearly as many bug emails from Launchpad as we once did.
If you wish to receive more bug notifications, find the "Subscribe to bug mail" button on each project's bug page. For example, if you wanted OS bug mails you would visit this page: https://bugs.launchpad.net/elementaryos/+subscribe -- Cody Garver
