I just noticed that pantheon-greeter's translations were exporting to an abandoned, inactive branch. So if you guys have had any issues with translations not appearing in Greeter, that was why.
I know there was some confusion about AM/PM in the clock, hopefully this alleviates that finally. Keep up the great work everyone. -- Cody Garver
