My requirements: * Should work in a Problem+Solutions manner, like recent IdeaTorrent * Should allow submitting problems without providing solutions (request for ideas) * Developers should be able to make requests for ideas and they must be distinctive from community ones, have higher priority (ofc should be allowed only to people in dev group, not enabled by default)
