We have a lot of terms to define in our docs. It'd be great if we could
have a glossary in order to keep the docs about instructing and leave
the defining elsewhere.
What would be even more kick ass is if we could auto-scan out docs and
build and index as well as automatically linking instances of a term to
the glossary.
