Bug description:
A forum could be a useful place to foster community, generate
excitement, and brainstorm. Currently the comments on the journal
articles are cool and useful, but sometimes it would be nice to
interact with other users on topics not covered in journal and
launchpad isn't a great place for casual brainstorming.
