Show badges (if any) on a user's answer

Bug description:
Badges are very helpful for providing a sense of authority and
reliability with information. The community answers page relies on
reliable information to be useful and thrive. Currently, when seeing
answers to a question, the badges don't show for each person who
answers. However, they do show for comments which is great.
