There are a lot of libraries to detect languages on the serverside, I
suggest we should look into this after we have the foundation on the new
site down

Bug description:
I noticed that when I changed my system language in OS X, Youtube
magically changed it's language as well. I think it'd be awesome if we
could automatically detect your system language.
