Support, Get involved and Developer sections look out of place

Bug description:
The support, get involved and developer pages look out of place with
the rest of the site. The text taking up the full width of the page is
the main cause of this. If we split the three sections on each page
into three separate boxes, aligned across the page, with the
"Support: Get help with elementary" across the top, it would look much
better
