Getting Elephant set up with any store other than SQLite
is an annoying thing for beginners.
If we'd make it easier to use BDB out of the box we could
just drop the CLSQL store in future versions and make
Elephant more accessible for newcomers.
Proposal:
* include BDB headers in src/db-bdb.
* include pre-built libdb-4.7.so or offer to download them
* offer to download a BDB tarball, build it and configure
Elephant to use it
The last two could either be offered on first run or when
a problem (lib not found, etc.) is detected.
