Hi Mark,
checked-in as obvious.
(1) I did not realize first that m4/biarch.m4 is in fact 99% of Roland's work
from CVSROOT sourceware.org:/cvs/systemtap repo tests/ptrace-tests.
(2) It was checked-in by mistake, it is unused now, it is needed only for the
pending tests/ subdir part. But I left it there as is.
