a patch to update Japanese translation(po/ja.po)
hello,
I found misspell in the '--help' Japanese messages in some elfutils commands,
and noticed that Japanese translation has not been updated for a long time.
so, I tried to create a patch to update Japanese translation(that is,
"po/ja.po" file).
I attach the patch file to this post.
please note that I focused mainly on updating messages that relates to
'--help' message,
therefore, the other many messages remain as they are.
