We've also figured out that the change in the behavior wasn't triggered by new
gcc, rather by new binutils 2.46, git bisect shows commit
https://sourceware.org/git/?p=binutils-gdb.git;a=commitdiff;h=f463751648d92d817c3d1420d908f2c59e5ef088
.  On the other hand, the Linux kernel after this change

(6.19-rc1) orders these sections, so i guess that's the reason why newer
kernels do not trigger the issue.
