I have a few patches posted at http://www.brainshell.org/patches/ for ELinks 0.10.6, involving wrapping. They could use some improvement, and probably need to be updated for 0.11.x, but they work well for my current needs. If they are likely to make it into the main distribution, I am willing to do a bit more on them.
