I just tried the address you gave in your message and it worked fine
here. I'm running elinks version 0.13 on my Arch Linux installation.

I don't have any custom hacks to elinks but I can't remember exact
settings to elinks of the top of my head.

Anyway, works here; any chance you can update to 0.13? My ArchLinux
package of elinks dates back to 2013 so 0.13 has been around for some
time now.
