Morten,

sata3 can be easily added as a PCIe device via the high speed expansion connector.

usb is usb is usb. if a usb device is generically supported under linux (the one you linked to is), then it will work on MinnowMax (or any other system running linux)

The new minnow board max looks great execpt maybe that it got SATA2 instead of SATA3 and it lacks bluetooth 4.0 LE support.

As for bluetooth, it would be great if the minnow board max got build-in support in the future but what can be done now ? How to add bluetooth 4.0 LE support in a way that can be supported by the provided linux distributions that the board supports. F.x. will a USB adapter like "http://www.adafruit.com/products/1327"; work easily or would I need something else ?

Sincerely,
Morten
