Hi Martin, Well most of the user-centric plugins (providing access to online content or things like that) should be hosted as dedicated projects on LaunchPad (or wherever you want).
The reason why some of these plugins are shipped directly with Elisa are historical, they were done before the plugin repository system was put in production. And in fact at some point we should move some (or all) plugins from elisa-plugins-ugly to dedicated projects.
