Idea is very simply : create a new PPA in Launchpad (by ella-team) named
stable -> ppa:ella-animation/stable
This second PPA allows to labda user give Ella and don't have the bazaar
build package.
And a second PPA allows to build Ella with lib not present (libswftool,
libswfdec-0.9, last libgoocanevas and more !) in Ubuntu repos
