I'm not sure if Elm is a good fit there, as it's a langauge, not just a JS
framework. Most other compile-to-JS language are also missing from there
(TypeScript, CoffeeScript, PureScript, ClojureScript, Dart), so I'm
guessing they're not what they're looking for.
