Looks like there is a driver available from Mediatek: http://www.mediatek.com/en/downloads/mt7630-pcie/ However this is for 3.13 and 3.14 kernels. So, one possibility is to build the driver and test it with kernel-ml. kernel-ml is at 3.19, so this may or may not work but it's worth a try.
