Ah, now I understand the underlying issue.
The issue was the failure of reverse DNS for your IP:
$ host 165.225.72.121
Host 121.72.225.165.in-addr.arpa. not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
Null rDNS results are often associated with malicious activity, but not
always.
Your IP is now unblocked and should be specifically excluded from future
block lists.
