I see my colleague Akemi has made you a Driver Update Disk which is now
available here:
https://elrepo.org/linux/dud/el8/x86_64/dd-sata_via-2.6-1.el8_2.elrepo.iso
Please note we use the release tag (el8_2) to indicate the RHEL release
that the driver was built against so you will need to use the disk with
the corresponding RHEL release installation media. The driver may
require an update for future RHEL point releases.

We currently do not have a sata_via package.
If you would like to head over to elrepo.org/bugs
<http://elrepo.org/bugs>, register and file an RFE (so we can track
the request), we'll have a look if we can put together a driver
package and Driver Update Disk for installation for you.
