Just tried new device called Pinnacle PCTV analog usb and got the same
problem.
As I understand, it's the same model with other brand name.

Bus 005 Device 002: ID 2304:0208 Pinnacle Systems, Inc. [hex] Pinnacle
Studio PCTV USB2
