tried again today... and here are my experiences...
i used the experimental tree... the device is still reocignized by
em28xx as yakumo moviemixer... (hama video editor)
gstreamer-properties opens (when i test the v4l2 source, v4l1 returns
video i/o busy) an empty black window... the led on the hama video
editor is green when i do that... the content of the window stays
black...
when i tried streaming with vlc (VLC media player 0.8.6c Janus), i got
that command from the v4l wiki, i don't know if this is correct at
all...

especially this is suspicous:
