I did some research on my dvb-t stick. I removed it from shell and discovered three chips.
1 - qt1010 2 - em2870 3 - wjce6353 The vendor ID:product ID is eb1a:e359 All this chips are supported by kernel as i understand. There is a device named x-tension xd-380, which is practically the same device as kworld's 380u[1]. They have the same design [2][3], but different product/vendor id. I found the forum topic, where one guy made his stick to work under linux. No instructions were given, but he mentioned, that linux rekognized device as a "kworld 355u". I am using ubuntu. Tried to compile em28xx-new driver, but it got lots of errors. Then i tried the precompiled package for hardy. By default it didn't load any module. I modprobed em28xx module whitout options. Still nothing. And then tried with card options "3" and "34". And still nothing. It might be because the ubuntu kernel sucks. I will try tomorrow with mandriva and see what happens.
